Fairbanks Alcohol Safety Action Program - FASAP connects misdemeanor criminal offenders with the education or treatment they need to comply with court orders and the DMV with an ultimate goal of reducing alcohol and drug related crime. SPFSIG is a grant with priorities in reducing underage drinking amongst youth ages 12-20; and reducing heavy and binge drinking amongst adults ages 21-44. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing medical detoxification to both male/female adults for a period of 1 to 10 days. A short term, residential, alcohol and drug rehabilitation program providing on site services for an average of 45 days for native and nonnative adult men and women.
