Drug and alcohol addiction take a toll on a person's body. When a person's body is already in a weakened condition, as is so often the case, detoxification is even worse than when a person is in relatively good health.

As treatment continues, patients may be allowed some outside contact. As they continue to improve, they can move from the residential facility to an outpatient area, where they will leave for a certain number of hours each day, to go to school or work, then return at night and stay on the weekends.

I went to the handrail of house back in the 80s when Skip Byron was the director he was the best. I was there 1989 when the earthquake hit!!
