I have a problem, it started after a car wreck I had back in august of 2008, I've had severe neck, back, shoulder blades, thigh , knee and leg pain. I've tried doctors' offices/hospitals and not one doctor will help me with my pain, then a few people at a party I went to a few months back asked me to try this really good pain medicine and said it was an injection oxycodone I was like what's that because I didn't know anything then at that time, turns out it was heroin and now I'm even worse...

I was sent here for an evaluation after a failed drug test at work for marijuana. I went to the counselor and explained that I preferred to smoke a little cannabis every once in a while instead of drinking which I hate. What was his assessment he sent me to Alcohol education classes an hour away. Not sure but would not be surprised if they were getting a kickback from these classes.

I gave up marijuana and alcohol 12 weeks ago the night I gave my life back to God. I am going through a tremendous amount of crisis in my life at the same time. I am going through bankruptcy, foreclosure of my home plus attempting to go through Voc-Rehab for further job training. I am acquiring about one of your clients who are presently staying at the roger sherman halfway house at 48 howe street, this person (Keith Seifus) has been entering my elderly housing complex with other well known drug sellers and users with a blonde girl who is a known drug addict , Mr.Seifus come into our building everyday with this girl and he is selling heroine and other drugs as well. I just would like to know how you allow such activity ? Doesn't this person have to show prove of were he goes everyday? He is in our building everyday and this activity with this person needs to stop, i will also report this person to the proper authorities as well Thank You!!!
