Facility Discussion

The people who are counselors at Augusta metro treatment center are rude and very unprofessional. The building is old, they have fired every man that works there. The nurses have a tendency to chat about the patients behind their backs. They have no type of security there, no cameras, nothing. I have been treated like trash there....bums ride up and down the streets asking for money or drugs. The main counselor said that they always walk their patients to the door...that is a big lie..full of crap....My old counselor was the best that they had and this "new" lady accuses him of looking at her butt, again she accuses another one for the same and he to gets fired....they have been there 15 years and were treated like crap. My education level is higher than any of theirs. They are rude, unprepared and the nurse the main white nurse is in everyone's business, she should stay out....for good. She causes nothing but drama and trouble. They don't care about us we are just a number to them. They charge 16.00 a bottle and are rude. The main counselor does not have her stuff together, she lets people run over her. They do not help us to try and get better...they talk about their problems more than ours...i would never, ever recommend them to anyone. They are so unprofessional. They do not treat us as human beings but as common trash...we don't even have a doctor..we cant keep counselors. They are horrible, horrible.....I am so dissatisfied. The best center was in Mobile Alabama they helped us, talked to us, had counseling programs we could attend. This place is an old, broken down building located in front of a homeless kitchen where we as women have NO protection...
