I have a problem, it started after a car wreck I had back in august of 2008, I've had severe neck, back, shoulder blades, thigh , knee and leg pain. I've tried doctors' offices/hospitals and not one doctor will help me with my pain, then a few people at a party I went to a few months back asked me to try this really good pain medicine and said it was an injection oxycodone I was like what's that because I didn't know anything then at that time, turns out it was heroin and now I'm even worse...

I was sent here for an evaluation after a failed drug test at work for marijuana. I went to the counselor and explained that I preferred to smoke a little cannabis every once in a while instead of drinking which I hate. What was his assessment he sent me to Alcohol education classes an hour away. Not sure but would not be surprised if they were getting a kickback from these classes.

I gave up marijuana and alcohol 12 weeks ago the night I gave my life back to God. I am going through a tremendous amount of crisis in my life at the same time. Owning my own store is driving me crazy. All the money I make is going to feed my addiction to crack cocaine. I am losing it...
I would love someone to call me and offer me some counseling, but am only in during the afternoons. As you can see by the time I posted this, I am up all night, and my crack is running low! I need help, PLEASE!
Since you are close to my store, maybe someone could just come in and talk to me when not one else is around? I cannot let other people know my problem since I am the owner and the boss..
