I just got home from Clear Brook Lodge in Shickshinny, PA. At first i thought that it wasn't for me, but as time went on i found that it was a perfect place for anyone with a drug addiction. When i really took my time and listened to what the staff and councilors had to say, i learned many new things about my disease that i never thought was possible. I thought that what i did was nothing compared to the other patients in there, but i learned that we are addicts and we all have the same disease so we are more alike then ever. I ended up loving my stay there. I love all the Staff and councilors for all the love and support. Also, i loved how most off the staff members are recovery addicts.The ones that are have at least 6 years of recovery or more. Clear Brook is a exquisite place to be. I have a lot of gratitude for Clear Brook and the help i received.
