I have a problem, it started after a car wreck I had back in august of 2008, I've had severe neck, back, shoulder blades, thigh , knee and leg pain. I've tried doctors' offices/hospitals and not one doctor will help me with my pain, then a few people at a party I went to a few months back asked me to try this really good pain medicine and said it was an injection oxycodone I was like what's that because I didn't know anything then at that time, turns out it was heroin and now I'm even worse...

I was sent here for an evaluation after a failed drug test at work for marijuana. I went to the counselor and explained that I preferred to smoke a little cannabis every once in a while instead of drinking which I hate. What was his assessment he sent me to Alcohol education classes an hour away. Not sure but would not be surprised if they were getting a kickback from these classes.

I gave up marijuana and alcohol 12 weeks ago the night I gave my life back to God. I am going through a tremendous amount of crisis in my life at the same time. i need to know if my vyvanse 40 mg was prior arthed and also your gonna have to take me off the wellbutrin i feel absoulutely horrible on it is there any way you could put me on the 2mg extended release xanax because none of these depression meds are working i am so mean and hate ful and as i explained before that the 0.5mg of xanax are not working ive been on them for years and also is there anyway that lance or meghan could take over my pain meds till i can find another md i recieved a letter stating that they were gonna be closing the clear med provider office in mahhaffey and know i dont know what to do i have fibromyalgia ruptured muscles in low back bursitis in both hips and i also have sciatica nerves so if u could help me in any way i would really appreciate it cold weather is comming and i tend to get a of pain if yins cant then ill have to find some where else to go thank you very much jeannette mcgarry my phone number is (814) 236-4368 please respond asap
