I am finding ths forum to be exceptionally slow loading compared with others that I visit. Could someone maybe look at optimising the load time a bit more for us poor souls on diall up?

I have not experienced the slowness that you are referring to, but I think that depending on the time of day you are accessing along with the amount of traffic that might be on the site has a lot to do with it.

I haven`t either experienced slow loading in this forum, I think it works just fine , maybe your internet connection is the problem try a speed test at http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/, you can see exactly the speed of your connection.

I think that this forum is must faster than other forums. It has got a very low page load so its a real help for the ones with dial up as well as broadband download limit.

So did you ever find out why it was loading slowly. I think that maybe you just need to clear your cache or something of that nature. You know that it is will eventually bog the system down. right?
