To whom it may concern;
My name is Andrew Couts. I am an editor at Maxim Magazine, and I am writing a feature on addiction about how people's lives can spiral out of control through addiction. I am looking for people who are willing to share their story. All interviews will be completely anonymous (I don't even need to know your name), unless you would prefer your name be printed. The primary text of the piece will be the your stories.
Depsite Maxim being primarily an entertainment magazine, this piece is intended to shed light on how different vices can take control of your life, and is not, in any way, making light of addiction. The goal is to do exactly the opposite. We are trying to keep it as accurate and real as possible.
