Have u done it ? Its a very good way of relaxing , you dont have to run miles , just sit in your room and relaxe and do some tricks of yoga , it really helps to keep your mind and body healthy and relaxed

I've started Yoga at the age of 18 through the influence of my friends. Yoga always helps me to have Peace of Mind.

I do the tibetian yoga which I feel is the best yoga cause it dose not take that much of time and very effective . I have been doing yoga for many year and I am also a yoga teacher .

Okay, so what is the basic philosophy behind this Tibetian Yoga? Is it all about physical fitness or something to do with meditation also.

A few monks took five yoga asansa and started to do them only and it works you don't have to do hours of yoga do only 20 mins and there you go you are in full health .

I guess the previous monks were so learned that they developed a way to keep them fit by exersing only a few minutes everyday.

Yoga is a very good way of stretching the mind, spirit and body. It has many benefits and you can achieve a lot if you have the proper relaxation techniques.

It would be very helpful if we practise it hand in hand with meditation and pranayam. It really helps to eradicate almost all the diseases.

I've started Yoga at age of 15 and belive me I feel very relax and feel extra power on my mind and my body. It is a best way of stretching the mind and body. You alway feels fresh and relax.

More than yoga, we should practise meditation and pranayam. Yoga is somewhat more complex than mediation and meditation.

I know yoga is good. You know it can treats many disease also. Earlier I used to do yoga but now due to shortage of time i am unable to do it. But soon i will start this again.
