Start chewing normal chewing gum. This way you can leave the one with nicotine.

Almost all of my friends in town are cigarette smokers. If you're very much interested to know the nicotine replacement therapies, try the nicotine gum, the transdermal patch, nasal spray or even inhaler. These stuffs are very effective.

My 25 year old son has never smoked but he noticed the other day that you can't buy the nicotene replacement aids until you are 18. He thought that was terrible and in a way I guess it is in a way but then, you aren't supposed to be able to buy cigarettes till then either.

Here in the UK you can buy cigarettes from the age of 16.Outside the shops there are gangs of kids younger than this just waiting for 16yrolds or older to buy their cigs for them.

I would think after all this time you would be able to gradually cut out the numbers of pieces you use in a day. Even if you allowed, say, a month to get rid of it completely, I'd think that reducing the number by one for x number of days or weeks should make the next step easier.

Well it's a very simple answer about this, Just start chewing normal chewing gum which is the same chewing gum as nicotine chewing gum without nicotine. In my country it's banned for under 18 years old and also you can't take it on Public places.

Yes cut down your pocket money. Set up a strong mental routine. Save the money and buy some useful things.
