Hello everyone, I think I am gaining a little weight.
I am in a bit of a depression right now... My job isn't going well, my girlfriend left me... So whenever I feel the sadness come back, I suddenly find something junky to eat. Chips, popcorn, Mcdonalds, whatever is closest. Its early in the process and I know if i continue, I will get obese. What should I do?

Start exrising and workout a lot because that's the best way to fight against your obesity

Your in a state of confusion. You get to chose if you remain there or if you get up and do something. its not your job thats not doing well, its you thats not doing well at your job. your girlfriend didnt leave you, the spark between you two did. You are maybe pessimist about many situations and let that hit you back. You need to look at the bright side of things and pull yourself up. Put yourself together as if you were going to make a concert for a million people. Then go to work. Show people you are feeling it and if they ask you why you are "Acting out weird", tell them your sorry for being yourself.

You know we're another way around. Because I am depressed I hate to eat. I just stay on my room, right anything I wanted to express and cry. Well you should have to be conscious enough to your body because depression will not last long, still time will come that you wanted to come out of your shell to find someone out there.

Try to engage your body on other things. When you do something you feel more hunger and when you eat at time of hunger then it wont make obese. So just work out more.

Simply stay away from junk food , eat anything else healty for your body but not junk. Exercise verytime you feel the urge to eat and avoid sweets as much as possible.

My suggestions is when you are feeling like eating that junk do something different. If you feel like eating candy eat something sour like dill pickle or even better go for a walk. Pick a new hobbie and make yourself do something other than eat. Try talking yourself out of that, by saying even though you think you need it, it will only make you fat and that is not what you want is it? These things work for me and I have been able to take off some of the weight in a short period of time.

Yeah i do agree to spend your time more in gyms in that way you get to stop eating too much and wont get obese. And the probability to meet friends is high. :D
