We have some clubs in our locality and recently we have found out that they are selling drugs to even children under 18 . Is there any way we can stop them because it seems that in this place even the local police system is with them .

Good luck trying to shut them down. There are always going to be people selling drugs to whoever has the money with no regard for the damage they're causing in the long run.

Wow I can't believe it that also the local police is a member on such club. Then try to bring this up (problem) to a higher commission who has the right to stop such bad doings/group specifically in selling drugs.

Thats the problem in my place . The whole system is so corrupt that the local citizens have to take up the issue in their hand . Now we are trying to raise awerness against such drugs so that atleast people stop using them.

Best of luck on your endeavor. It is true that it is incredibly difficult to try and clean a drug scene in the locality one lives

mtajim, where exactly do you live? Columbia? Of course, there are going to be corrupt officials everywhere, but the level of your polices involvement sounds worrying. Where I come from, Brighton, there is a lot of club drug use, coz it's that kind of place, and I do know of some doormen and club managers/owners allowing certain people to deal in their clubs, for a cut, but I very much doubt the police are involved.

What you can do is teach kids how to get high naturally by doing yoga and meditation . That will keep them high and will not give then the need for some other high or you can teach kids on how to deal with there emotions .

You really need to go after the dealers and smugglers of these things or impose very harsh penalties on clubs where these are found. If you go after individual users, it doesn't do any good because there are too many.

It is very risky to try to stop drug sellers from selling harfull stuff to kids especially, in my city even the police is scared of them, they just can`t handle with them, Drugs are usually put into teenagers drinks, and they come asking for more because they seem to feel good. The next time they ask for a drink they are charged with huge sums of money, and they continue taking the drugs untill they become addicted. Sad

Club drugs are not the issue. Anti drug campaigns etc need to be aimed at people who have problems, proper addictions. People who are stealing to pay for their next fix, not pretentious idiots who take a bit of coke of a saturday night, or ravers.
