I AM A CRACK ADDICT!

I am going to loss my husband, have lost most of my friends and family relationships, my job, my self esteem....

I cant seem to stop myself, I am afraid and ashamed and want to get better but cant seem to.

Any advise?

If you really want help, contact your local branch of Narconon and sign up for treatment. Go to your doctor, or someone else who can help, and admit that you have a serious problem and need help getting clean. Good luck.

the problem is probably that you think that your high actually makes things better. They seem to be better when you are on your high. But look around. Im sure things look pretty shitty by now. You have already admitted all you need. You know you have a problem. There are plenty of ressources to help you get off crack but in the end you must do an act of BRAVERY and COURAGE and CHOSE to renounce this life threatening substance from your life.

If you are really want to quit then first make up your mind that you really want to beat cocaine because you had enough of it. Go to the nearest rehab centre and meet the councellors and do as they say. Besides this you can also try Yoga which is proved very helpful to beat any kind of addiction.

First of all, as you said, "I AM A CRACK ADDICT" stop doing so. Just say the reverse and make yourself believe that you are actually quitting it. This is self-reinforcement. This will help you develop a mental feeling sub-consciously that you do not need it.

hey today i lost my baby gurl n my gurl they left me 4 good i smoke crack n its sucks i dont know how to say no to it i dont feel like livin anymore i lost my friends i dont know wat to do any more

This is very good advice, for a start. Ineedhelp and speckles, I'm very sorry to hear about your situations, but you both need to stop feeling sorry for yourselves and focussing on what you have/could loose, and start making steps to get them them back. You got yourselves into this situation, and only you will get you out of it, so start being pro active, get to the doctors and get help.

Well are you still addicted to the stuff? Have you searched for help? I advise you get some concelling and make up with your friends again, if they can be called friends once they have left you, just because you are a drug addict. Wish you the best
