Your stomach getting big is the least of your worries. This is only the symtom. You should look for the underlying causes. Be honest with your nutrition. Do you really eat the best you could? Do you make organic choices over conventional choices? Do you drink 3 to 4litres of water per day ? Do you care about your internal pipes? If you make sure your stomach has all the nutrients it needs, and none that it dosnt need, you will reach good health and your stomach will come back to its natural, and perfect, size.

As what I observed I lack of exercise that's why my belly having more fats. Because after eating meals I lay my butt down to my chair.
I can't drink 4 liters of water a day. Honestly I only drink 4-5 glasses a day.

I also see my stomach getting bigger and dont want it to get any bigger than it has already. I cant bring myself to drink a glass of water, so I'll drink coffee, tea or soft drinks. My wife is always trying to get my to drink water and go for walks. From what I have been reading today, water and exercise along with a good diet should do the trick... but thats a lot harder to do then it sounds. Good luck.

Aside from water, I think green or white tea is a good choice of beverage for the antioxidant effects. You could also have it iced and sweetened with some honey if you prefer.

Well basically the sound and sensible and pretty simple advice is in fact having liquids in plenty and doing a bit of exercising every morning. It does not need to be too exerting but just 20 min. of cycling everyday would do.
You can increase it whenever you feel like doing so.

Lack of exercising is the biggest problem for most people. Making your that you are buring more calories than you are consuming is the other factor. In order to do this you need to make sure that you exercise each and every day.

Exercising everyday will help a lot, you can join a fitness club too, and try to cut down on aliments that contain lots of sugar. Hope this helps.

Drink a lot of water in the early morning, go for a long walk for at least 4 miles and eat fruits and raw vegetables in the breakfast and see the difference in few days

I'd say that drinking anything over 2 litres of water a day is excessive, you're only looking to replace water lost during the day not to fill yourself up.
As for the stomach problem, everything moderation plus get some exercise, even if its only for 30 mins a day.

As people gets older metabolism slows down and of course your activity also becomes too sedentary because of the lifestyle we had now. Try to stay active it is the best way to boost metabolism and burn extra calories. eat in moderation and pick what you eat.
