I have a friend who eats anything but he simply hates eating dairy products. He says he cannot stand the smell of milk. He doesn't even uses milk in his coffee.
In such cases how can he get required protein for his body that comes from dairy products ?

There's really an instances that we hate to eat a certain food. Just like me I hate to eat pineapple because it aches my stomach so much. With your friends case I think protien you acquired from fish & meat is enough if he really can't take to drink milk.

As long as your friend has a varied diet in other respects he should be fine. Does he have any health problems that you think could be a cause of his diet?
Could he see a nutritionist or have some blood tests done to check his diet? I had the full battery of tests (including bone density) done a few years ago, and was pleasantly suprised to learn that my diet is fine. I only got my tests because of a special trial they were doing in my area, so I'm not sure if you can just ask for them these days.

Well protiens comes from many types of foods and not just dairy. He may need to take calcium supplements if he is not eating dairy and there should be no problem if that is something he does not want.

He can take some Calcium tablets everyday, all sort of calcium tablets can be found in farmacies, and along with the calcium intake he should have some vitamin D injections in order to fix the calcium in the his body.
