If it is used in medicinal purposes then it fine but it should not be legalised for the general public because they are going to misuse it for sure.

I am sure that it will be misused, in the same way alcohol is today. However when it's underground - as at present - it will also be misused. I don't think that you have to pretend that drugs do no harm to be in favour of legalisation.

Legalization of Mj would bring with itself man yother problems as well. Just think how much problems it creates while it is illegal what would happen if it is legalized. Proper framework has to be formed regarded its use and distribution and it should be closely monitored and then only it should be considered about legalizing it.
