You body is not losing weight cause of the mind body thing that plays a big role . Our body is always looks for good moods and people try and change there moods with food .

There should not be any reason other than plateau that causes your body not to lose weight if you are eating properly and working out. I would not diet at all. Just cut the calorie intake and keep a food journal, change up your exercise routine as well or exercise a bit more.

your body can loose weight because of stress or hunger and there are some more factors , nut stress is the principal one, I can loose 2 kg in a week if I have a stressfull period , otherwise I`m okey with my weight , having in mind that I had a surgery where they cut out the most imoportant part of my small bowel , witch is known for absorbsion.
