The effects of Methamphetamine are the same as adrenaline and dopamine viz. heart rate increases, increase in blood pressure, blood vessels gets constricted, pupils get dilated and fat and sugar are released in the blood circulation which energises the brain.

Just as in adrenaline rush you feel a sense of high alertness, anger/fear, flight or fight impulse. The differnce is that it has an addictive effect which makes you keep longing for more and more.

In cases where the stimulation gets too high and the body is not able to contain the those high feelings, it might result in seizures and strokes.

You can only compare in the reactions in the body, but not even all the reactions. Did you know that your heart rate can become erratic and you can actually suffer heart attacks when using meth?

The reason why people compare meth with adrenaline is because of the fact that meth is a Sympathomimetic drugs and mimics the effect of adrenaline and noradrenaline. But both of them are completely different in the compositon and final effects. meth have more side effects then effects.
