Well how do you know that you have become an alcoholic. I started drinking just socially but kinda liked having it more and more of it and now I come to know that I take it almost daily.

Ask yourself a few questions:


Do you depend on alcohol to affect your mood?
Do you drink to relieve problems?
Do you think more and more about alcohol?
Do you find that it takes increasing amounts of alcohol to achieve the desired mood-altering effects?
Can you consume large amounts of alcohol without appearing impaired?

According to me the criteria for how to decide the alcoholism is drinkindaily till you are sick of it. drinking daily is not bad till you have limited quantities of it. Beyond that it is risky.
