I am Adajja. I was addicted to Meth. and my last 5 years of my life are the worst phase of my life.

Thank God I am recovering.

Glad to see that you have make a great change in your life. What do you mean by the last 5 years were the worst phase. Are you referring to recovery or was that when you were using?

Good that you have stopped using Meth. and recovering. I wish you best of luck and hope that never relaspe back to Meth as there are many cases when people recovering well get back to Meth again. I hope that shouldn't be the case with you.

What can I say .. congratullations on your quit Adajja, I think meth does not have to be part of anyone`s life and hopefully you have understood this. I`m glad for you, just stay away from anything that has to do with drugs.. husg

Congragulation for your new life. Try to focus that you don't get addicted the next time. Practise meditation. This would surely help you.
