this seems like a great website - i used to be heavy into AOD, but I have cleaned up and have become interested in helping others as a sunstance abuse counselor... sometimes it is hard to hear the stories, as it triggers memories back to the past - but i live one day at a time and survive!!!

Living life is not important. What matters is "how we live our life". Lets help others and thus we would be helping ourself.

Intersting statement there jr. Although I agree with you for the most part, you have to live life in order to help others. You help others everyday just by living and you might not even know it.

many people are confused when they see lots of things in front of them . they can not choose what they actually what they want.
