I can't stop my self from eating . I think its cause I don't eat in the proper way . I am not sure but i feel bad about my weight and I am trying to take responsibility for my actions and will get back in shape

This was with me too untill I resolved to burn my calories and started jogging atleast 2 k.m. everyday apart from the regular exercises. It took me sometime to routine it but now its perfectly alright with me.

If you don't mind me asking how much stone are you? Because some people think there fat but in reality there not that fat, if you are actually fat and hate it like Eastern did you could jog maybe a mile a day till you feel that you've got the amount of stone you want to be.

This is nothing new. When people eat poorly for long periods of time you have to find the strength to want to change and make that change in order to be successful.

Try a little exercise, this will help you balance your meals, you`ll only feel hungry when it is needed , for example after exercise, you have a meal or so. you seem to eat more than your body needs and this can have a bad impact on your health.

Eat healthy for a healthy life. Wake up early, go for jogging, do some exercises, yoga and pranayam. You will find a new era of life.
