Deciding the norms

I think we should all discuss the norms which should be applicable to the bars and the people who should be held accountable for their negligent conduct.

I invite all you guys to pour in their thoughts for what should be the ideal solution for this problems. Let us not meet with the excuses like "not feasible" etc.

I believe that it is the responsiblilty of both the customers and the owner of the bar to maintain rules and regulations asl laid by the government. The owner is lot more accountable for breaking the norms as if he want he can be strict with them.

I think owners just care to make profits not that a person can become an alcoholic because of the drink the owner sell hims. But let`s overcome to gouverment witch does nothing about this bars and they have no limitations except some times when there are important football games, they strictly forbit selling drinks to bars arround the stadium and in the range of some km away from the stadium, at least these are the measures the gouverment in my country takes.
