I completely agree with Haze. Even if you're in denial; even if you believe you're not addicted, or you could never be addicted, there will be, is and is always going to be something you'll be addicted to. This forum is just here to help you with these problems.

Yes I also can see Viet and Haze point, some people think that they cant be addicted to something. but all of us, as humans can be temted or get addicted
to things so Its best to not to try to think that I cant be addicted but to help your self.
~Thanks.

Addictions are never easy things to deal with no matter what the addiction is. You need to understand that you are not the only one out there with an addiction and that there are more people in the same position as you than you think. I think that most people honestly want to help themselves while trying to help others as well. This is a great way for everyone to lend a hand.

I believe each and every person in this world is addicted to one or the other the other thing. Like many people are addicted to newspapers, video games , alcohol, drugs, tea, the list is endless. So it would be wrong to say that you are not having any kind of addiction.

I love it
I told my friend who drinks and takes prescription drugs to the point she writes on the calender the refill dates of her meds. that she was addicted..her response?
Addicted? ME?
So yes like her, like you, like me..like us...like we...
we are all addicted in one way shape or form to something
Whenever we try to 'fix' something inside with something from the outside, we are trapped in an addictive behavior. When they say "The lie is dead", consider the real lie is that there is something to fix. Our birthright is that we are whole and complete - perfect by nature. It is only once we begin thinking that there is 'something wrong' that we feel we need to be fixed. Where ever you are and what ever you are doing, you can reclaim your natural state of perfection ( a state of being, not doing or having ). It all starts with the willingness to take on that you don't need to have anything (drugs, alcohol, sex, relationships, money, ...) to do something (live life on life's terms, face each day...) or to be something (happy, peaceful, satisfied). Allow your innate and natural beauty and perfection to shine through!
Whether we say it this way or that way but the truth is that we all are addicted to something in our life. Some people accept it while others keep denying it.

I disagee with you that everyone is addicted to something. I would call it habit instead of addiction. habit is the correct word to use here rather then addiction.

Rather than addiction we should call it a habit. And thats an appropriate word. In some phage of our life, we get addicted to something or the other.
