So how much time do you guys dedicate to religion/spirituality a week? This can be services, fellowship, prayer, meditation, one on one talks with God, or just listening to the spirit world. For me, its a good 15 hrs a week if not more. I spend alot of time with my faith and I believe it strengthens me for life.

I think I just spend a small portion of everyday with my God. I seek his wisdom and his help with anything from mood to feelings. Its so easy to beat yourself up if you don't believe you have a good that loves you and cares for you.

As for me, I daily pray to God for 10 secs. And whenever I pass through a temple, I pray for peace and prosperity.

Well I am not big fellower of my religion but I do spend 1 to 2 hours per week. This is enough time to spend behind my religion. I do meditation and prayer daily.

I spend about 10-15 seconds praying daily. It may be 25 seconds sometimes. But We just need to think of God and Pray for happiness for all. Its so simple.

The Word of God, The Bible, says to "pray without ceasing". We must constantly be aware of His presence and pray all the time. He is omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipitant.
