Hi all, I'm not addicted myself(although I do play online poker every once in a while) but I've had many friends with addiction problems. I know what they are kind second-hand and I can offer advice and help for people!

We are all addicted to some thing or the other . You should try a juice fast to see how addicted to food you are . What about things how addicted are you to the things around you ?

The only thing I could be addicted to is posting in forums probably, and I don't really need help for that. It doesn't actually do me any harm. In fact, its quite helpful. I do drink alot of Hi-C juice.

You should have specified the kind of addiction. First tell them to practise meditation to make up a will to leave their respective addiction.
