The point what I want to put across here is that rich people can gamble as much as they want to but the problem comes when a middle class person gambles and developes a habit for it.

So you cannot shut down gambling saying it is not good for the society coz then the rich would say "Its our money and we can spend it the way we like to" And you cannot make the law separately for people with different levels of income.

That is the dillemma in dealing with this gambling problem. What do you guys have to say on it?

I agree with you, of course rich people don`t have a problem with gambling, but this untill their account ballance reaches 0 :) it depends on how rich the person is, if they have millions they will play millions if the addiction is very high, so it`s the same with the middle class people at a higher level. I have to say that people with biliards of dollars are excluded they can play as much as they want for all their life they`ll never go bankrupt, so in conclusion rich very rich people can take it as a hobby, middle class ones can stay away from it, and millionars should check their ballance and play no more then they can afford to loose at one time.
