I have a big craving for choclates. I just cant resist my temptation for it. To add to my craving I read it in some magzine once that chocolates help you to lift up your mood when you are feeling low.

And now I cannot remember a single day when I do not have a bar of choclate. Is it just with me of there are others also who share this problem?

A chocolate bar doesn't just make you feel better. It gives you that little lift, while, at the same time, having a calming effect.

Once someone gets used to having that little blast of energy each day it takes some getting used to to live without it.

I am a not a sweets fan at all, especially chocolkate, I can`t really eat sweets, It seems that my body just can`t tolerate sweet products. Chocolate is known as a mood modifier and also as an afrodisiac you are right about this one.

I do have this chocolate addiction. I take about 10 chocolates everyday. But I don't think that it might harm anyone. Some chocolates can even grow up your bones and brain power.

Well, I don't have anorexia or bulemia, but my eating disorder was to eat too many sweets and eat chocolate, making myself obese. My doctor just told me to eat the right kind of chocolate that doesn't have sugar, wax, and not to buy the store bought kind. Anyway, I thought I'd let you know that you can eat healthy chocolate and never crave sweets again!

Well I don't think that chocolates can lift your mood when your in low position may be sometiems it makes your moods more better. I am also chocolate lover and I agree that when we take chocolates we feel something good from internal part of body.:)

I have diabetes and need to lose some weight. The problem is I love chocolate but can't really eat a lot of it due to my diabetes ..... does anyone here that loves chocolate also have diabetes and have you found a kind that doesn't raise their blood sugar too much?

The ChocolateRAVE chocolate shouldn't raise your bloodsugar. They have a sample pack you can buy. So could you check your sugar, have some chocolate and then recheck it?

Diabetics can eat chocolate as long is it's dark chocolate with no refined sugars, waxes or perservatives. I have OA (osteoarthritis and a medical professional told me about chocolaterave.com. She gives it to her patients who have all kinds of medical issues like, like diabetes, obesity, arthritis and high blood pressure. Well, I have OA(osteoarthritis) very badly and eating the chocolate has lessened the stiffness in my hands. Sounds crazy and I'm a real skeptic, but it works! Read the material they give you and try for yourself. After you're on it for a few days you'll see your energy level raise. It's not a buzz, you'll just notice you want to shop more.

I have the same problem, but now, I don't eat anything BUT sweets that isn't forcefully shoved down my throat. I need help, as for you, I suggest slowly cutting back, maybe a little every week.

If you eat one bar a day, then next week, have just most of a bar. Give a piece to someone else so you are not tempted to eat it.
The next week, make the piece bigger! And so on until you get used to not having chocolate! It worked for me! (kinda... I still go crazy around candy...:p )

I am not agreeing that when we accept chocolates we feel something badly from inner part of body.
