I know this is pretty common across campuses. It happens to girls mostly. Its one of the worst side-effects of alcoholism at college and another reason why you shouldn't get drunk. Some kids just don't know their limit and get trashed after one or two shots. But how do you know your limit if you've hardly ever drank before?

For the first time even The one drink is going to trash you so try to limit yourself to maxi one drink. I think that should be the limit if you want to enjoy drinking anything above it will spoil the enjoyment.

you should know your self how much drink your body can take, just limit to one or two drinks and i think you`ll be just fine, usually it depends on the resistance of your body to alcohol.
