The best way to tackle a problem is at its root and that starts with finding the dealers. The problem is that in a club, everything is noisy and messy and its hard to find the person that dealing these drugs. How do we identify the minds behind the real problem?

These problems can only be solved by the police, by opening big antidrugs campaigns, I can tell you for sure that these people can be caught even if the club is crowded or not.

All police need to do is send in undercover officers into a club and get them to ask around. Before long they'll find someone willing to sell them what they are looking for. However, in my opinion, the police have more important things to do with their time, and there are better ways of spending their resources.
I can see your view that the dealers are the root of the problem.
I see the root of the problem as their customers, though. If nobody bought there wouldn't be anyone trying to sell.\
I see the root of the problem as being within the person who decides they're even going to try one of these drugs just once. Its completely possible to live happily and sociably without ever trying drugs. Another root of the problem is young people's living in a culture that so commonly believes there's no such thing as living without ever trying drugs.
I know it takes some strength and good sense for people to stay out of places where they know drugs are rampant. What I don't understand is why so few people seem to care about having that kind of strength and good sense.

The dealers are mearly the small fry in the chain, take one out the big bosses will simply find another drone to replace them.
Also, as it has been pointed out the people who actually want these drugs are as much of the problem as those who deal, it is a two way thing and both need to be tackled.

You'll never stop people wanting to buy drugs, and you'll never stop people selling them, all goverments can do is make sure that people are fully educated on their effects, and let them make their own decisions. Drug taking in clubs is rapant, so perhaps it is time that was acknowledged and there were more facilities provided to make sure that they are least taken safely.
