So what are the best pressure points you've found for Acupuncture? I've found that the points on my back are the best for me. They are such great stress relievers. The arms and legs are good too, but they don't relieve stress the way the pressure points on my back do.

To be honest, try some internet search. I know that the palm has got nearly 60 points. We can cure all diseases by applying pressure on this points.

Good point, I think that as a starting point google would be a good tool.

After getting some background knowledge why not take a trip out to your local acupuncture clinic and have a chat with them? I'm sure that they would be happy to chat about what they do, how it works and key pressure points.

All the points for that are in our hands and feet but we have to study first about them from internet or by reading a book from a famous author to know the concept

As far as best of my knowledge, I think palm and feet offers the best points. It can cure any disease including eyesight problems, headache etc.
