When we talk about sprituality we think apart from body.normal pespective is that soul and sprituality has no relation with materiality or body.
But i think that there is no sprituality without the existence of body.
i have got some qustion in my mind that does any child have sprituality???does he/she has any link with sprituality?????
what you think about people who are insane relating to sprituality????

Children that are below the age of 7 are very intouch with sprituality and if you watch them you will see that they are alway happy , alway laughing and that you can learn lots from them .
People that are insane have a problem that is related to sprituality and this diffrent for diffrent people .

I totally agree with you. Spirituality is when you are happy and be yourself in a positive way. Life is spiritual if you take life in a positive way.

When we take life in a positive way then positive energy starts flowing inside our body that helps us to keep fit and fight diseases.

I think that a spiritually healthy person is happier, but a happy person is not necessarily more spiritually in-tune. I have also seen children under 7 hit other children or animals and cry over not receiving material desires.

We're not human beings having a spiritual experience, we're spiritual beings having a human experience.
