Marijuana grow operations are becoming more widespread in some areas. They even pose health risks to people who will live in the dwellings in the future.

Have you heard of any effective ways of preventing them in neighbourhoods?

Just from what I have seen, the stuff is more widespread than the opposition realizes. The only way to prevent the growth of the stuff is to conduct random drug raids in a massive amount of local homes. This then brings up the question of tax dollar spending.
