federal agencies have to open up food stamps and baby formulas to addicted mothers

Mothers who are addicted are having huge problem not only with there addiction but with getting food stamps and baby fomulas for State and federal agencies . This is happening cause they have few supports in the political systems and the every one makes them think that they are "bad mothers"

They are bad mothers if they are becoming addicts then having children! They can apply for those benefits just as everyone else can, and should not be given special priveldge because they are addicts. I think they have no business raising their children if they are doing drugs.
