This has helped me a lot in my cure for gambling addction. I used to say to myself that I don`t want to earn anymore money for free. This rwally helped me. I avoided all gambling places, avoided my buddies that still gambled and most important of all, allways keept in mind that if I continue with gambling I`ll never have any money in my wallet. If I want to gamble I just do it for fun, but still I do not take much money with me if I am going to a casino or lottery, just in case memories come back. But i`m sure this one helps quitting this addiction. Just say this to yourself whenever you feel like gambling and see the result!
