Whenever I try to eat sweets , small amounts my body start to shanke a little , my muscles especially, what can this be due to? I have Crohn`s disease but this has nothing to do with eating sweets at least this is my opinion, I`m kind of slim , i should be eating sweets to put some weight on, but I just can tolerate it! With sugar I have no problem, I only use it in small quantities.

Even I have this allergy to sweets. I can eat salty but cannot eat sweets. It varries from person to person but we can't help.
If you can eat sugar and have no problem it has to have something to do with whatever is going into the "sweets" (cookies, cake? )
This is nothing more than a guess, but is there any chance you have an allergy to gluten?
If you want to gain weight one of the best ways to do it is to drink some version of milk each day. If you don't like milk add chocolate or strawberry. If you don't like those something like Carnation Instant Breakfast will help pack on the pounds really easily. Something else that packs on the pounds - carbohydrates.
Of course, you need to figure out what it is in the the sweets that makes you shake because that same substance may be in other foods/beverages as well.
Usually, sweets will stop "the shakes" that can come with a rapid drop in blood sugar. "The shakes" that happen with a rapid drop in blood sugar also feel like muscle weakness. I do know someone who got weak and shaky (and sleepy sometimes) who was diagnosed with diabetes.
You really need to talk with your doctor about this. It would be a good idea to find out what - if anything - you're dealing with. Muscle weakness and shakiness is not what most people get when they eat sweets.

Very odd? i mean i didn't know there is a illness or allergy for sweets? did you trued to consult a physician for this? but i think this is psychological in nature.
