I think I am addicted to coffeine, as I said allready in another post, I can`t go all day through without 5 or 6 coffes. I really need to cut down on caffein because of my depression medicine: I take mirtazapinum and an other medicine. My doctor advised me to drink only one cup of coffee poer day. Can anyone advise on how to stop drinking so much coffee?

First up, get lots of sleep before you try. If you go cold turkey you won't sleep well for a few days. You could get the shakes too and be generally anxious.
If you go slow and take it a cup away a day, it will take forever.
What if you allowed, say, a week to drastically reduce your intake?
Folgers and (I think) Maxwell House make a half-caffeine coffee, so if you could make it yourself you could cut your intake by half.
What about doing something like allowing morning coffee and a dinner coffee but using decaf coffee or tea the rest of the day? You could try having an orange juice in the afternoon for a boost instead.
If you cut down to quickly you'll feel foggy and may get a piercing headache, but I would think gradually reducing it over the course of several days could help.

Before you sit with a cup of coffee in your hand just anticipate the harmfull consequences that you would be generating in your body.
