The other day, a former work associate called my place of work to see if anyone was interested in meeting him outside where he claimed to have a lit joint. This is a place that lots of people, including police officers, walk by. How could anyone do something that stupid? The marijuana, maybe?

Some people are just naturally stupid and don't need any help. The marijuana might have contributed to this, but maybe this person just doesn't think things through.

I've been surprised at the kind of smoke I've smelled on a public sidewalk before. I've also seen people drinking alcohol "out of residence" which is against the law here in Canada.

I think if somebody's kind of dense to begin with, then the pot or drinks just make them more so.

There have always been people drinking out in the open, although usually the booze is "hidden" in a brown paper bag. That's one of the good things about Quebec; you can have a beer at a picnic in the park (a beer you bought at the corner store, too, and just ONE, not a six-pack) and it's all good.

Some people dont think these acts as studpitiy , and do lots of illegal acts , when they are caught then only realise the exact problem they are traped into

Some people are just begging to be caught I swear. I have seen it happen a lot in the UK, and once or twice here outside of a particularly bad McD's.

Guys come to Amsterdam as you can light up a joint infront of the cops. Even better is it during the football games when half the stadium is puffing away on their spliffs.

Some people think that they can cheat the cops , so they ted to do those things ,
