how to quit smoking??

I have tried many ways before to quit smoking , nothing works , maybe I don`t have the neccessary will and strenght to quit . Any ex smokers can advise me? Please I`m dispeared to quit!!

1st change your brand. Then slowly reduce the number to half. Then after further reduce it to quater. Then finally leave this dirty smoking machine.
