I think I have this! I love sleep, and do spend much of my time thinking about going back to sleep. If I have a spare bit of time, I'll take a nap sooner than do anything else. I probably get about 7 hours sleep at night, then take a kip during the day if I have time, for an hour or so. Especially in winter, and especially when it's raining.

Sleeping may range from person to person. Some people may need 10 hours whereas some may need only 4 hours. Swami Vivekananda did not slept for even an hour. He just did meditation for 4 hours.

I think that when you do this there are underlying issues that need to be addressed. I will not say problems persey but are you depressed, do you feel that life is not going your way. Then you might want to consider talking to your doctor.

No I'm not depressed. Not in the slightest, I'm very happy right now. I just really like to sleep. As for never sleeping, that's ridiculous, you have to sleep, the same way you have to eat and drink water. He was obviously asleep while he was pretending to meditate. Or lying. One or the other.
