Even the person with very good will power can also get addicted and most of the time he will be some one with a good character . DON'T JUDGE ANY ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE ADDICTED

Yes thats true. We should never judge anyone because they are addicted. Even a 5 year old may get addicted if he is exposed to drugs. He can't help it anyways.
