Addictions to more then one thing means trouble

IF you are addicted to more then one substance then it is that much more difficult to get over it . You need help from a Doctor , this in not easy

haze you are right there will allways be more trouble if we have more than one probelm, eg. addictions , I used to drink , smoke , gamble , all these together have ruined my life for many years. I could not deal with them any more, so I took one day at a time, I`ve been patient throughout the whole recovery process and only focused on the recovery process.

Well, obviously, the more things you are addicted to, the more trouble you are in, that is pretty much common sense. Think of it this way, it is double the craving and doubly hard to quite. Actually its harder than double because many substances combine with each other to produce more than 2x the effect.

Very true, It becomes very difficult give up in such a situation when you are addicted to both smoking and drinking at the same time.
