Overweight people tend to try this in order to lose weight and it never works. Most of the time when they attempt this, they stop eating for a day or two and then go on an eating binge and eat much more than usual and end up gaining weight. Then they wonder where they went wrong. So a heads up to people who want to try this, this is not the answer and will never be. To lose weight, try a steady healthy diet and excercise.
