Does your school teaches meditation and yoga in schools? In my school we have learned it from an very early age. What about your school?

Well in my area most of schools teach us Yoga from Yoga experts and it's a good things for us. Some of them are also teach Meditation but none of them have any good Meditation experts so they can't learn it perfectly.
