We practise a lot of alternatives but does anybody actually knows which is the best alternative? Is it meditation, yoga, acupuncture, or Pranayam?

Well for me Yoga is best way because it's easy to learning and you will get maximum advantages from it. It cover all parts of your body and make you very realx. You mind also feel very powerful too.
