There is a hot water bath therapy that most of us are not aware of. Here a person sits with a sheet covering him. Below a hot tub is kept. The vapour make him bath. And this is known as hot water bath.

how do you sit above the bath? is this a spa treatment with special apparatus? It kind of sounds like a nebulizer.

I always take hot water bath whenever i got pain on my back or body. it is effective.
