I take about 2 cups coffee and about 5 cups of tea everyday? Am I getting addicted to tea and coffee?

Does coffee affects much or tea affects much?

Do you have to have it each and everyday? if so are you sure you are not becoming addicted to the caffiene in the those two items. The caffiene can cause calcium deficiency and dehydration.

Well it's a simple answer that Yes. You are taking too much coffee or tea. Grant is right about caffiene so please reduce it for your health. It's a best way to rid out this addiction.

I have seen many of us taking Atleast 4 cups of coffee daily. This is an average value. You think that its becoming an addiction for the whole society?
