i have been always wandering why some countries allow poeple to smoke marijuana freely on the streets , it is a drug it is not like a normal cigarette, witch is still a drug, but the effects are a whole lot different. Countries like Holland seem to not have any problem with mariajuana addicts, but others ban marijuana , can anyone explain me why?
