I believe that civil rights are being violated and it is my intention to make sure that those responsible for violating my rights will be held accountable. I read everything!!! And I research it all!!! why am I being redirected to this site when I do a google search on Mr. Rodger Wallace M.A. foundations psychological services. I have talked with civil attorneys, other psychological "ph.d's", the north Carolina UNCA branch of the ACLU and all of them are suspect to what a M.A. is doing with the Henderson county department of corrections. His license is coming up for review in 08 and he can count on answering these concerns. Something Dirty Is Going On with the North Carolina Mental Health system and the closing of Mtn. Laurel New Vista.
